This 170,000 sf office building is the central landmark facility within an existing 100-acre campus. Designed to be both flexible and efficient, the building accommodates five separate governmental agencies.
While both complementing the existing 1970’s buildings and maintaining a strong civic image, this facility humanizes the image of the campus and creates a more welcoming environment by providing user-friendly colonnades and more appropriately scaled detailing.
