This continuous fabric of streetscape amenities offers a richly detailed environment of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The program includes approximately 900 condominiums, 1400 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, and 1300 condo-hotel rooms. The mixed-use planning principles and lifestyle-quality themes will position Biloxi as a prime resort community in which to live, work, and play.
