As the initial realization of the Mississippi Gold Coast Master Plan, South Beach Resort & Spa will set a new standard for style, quality, and service reflecting the renewal of the Biloxi Gulf Coast. This four building complex will contain 600 Condo-Hotel rooms and 250 Condominium units , and present a fresh, vibrant image through its rich use of glass tiles, glass fins, and curved building profiles.
South Beach South Condo/Hotel is the first of the 4-building complex that will be connected by a continuous third level terrace. Six levels of units will rise above this third floor amenity level and two lower levels of parking.
