Beach Place
Gulf Shores, Alabama

Spanning both sides of HWY 182 at the HWY 59 intersection, Beach Place is designed to transform this highly-trafficked area into a destination beach front landmark. Planned in close collaboration with the Envision Gulf Shores Master Plan, the project exemplifies achieving high-rise, mixed-use density with engaging pedestrian-scaled streetscape attractions.

Over 450 residential units in striking, contemporary high-rises present a flowing rhythm of glassy, wave-shaped towers against the coastal skyline, A waterfront themed street-scaled base is comprised of a spirited, colorful assortment of shaded shop fronts and cafes. Upper levels of the base structure contain offices, meeting space, clubroom amenities, spa/fitness, pool and cabana terraces, and a connecting pedestrian bridge between the beach side and city side developments.
