By closely working with City review agencies to implement the planning and design criteria of the Envision Plan, WHL Architecture met the mixed-use program and density requirements of the development team to establish a vibrant urban destination attraction. The 23-story tower incorporates 200 hotel rooms and 200 condominium residences over a 600 car Parking Garage. The 5-story frontage structure contains restaurants, 15,000 sf of retail, upper pool and garden terraces connected by a pedestrian bridge, and terrace loft units. Street-level amenities include deep, shaded shopping colonnades, outdoor dining plazas and fountains.
